FINANCIAL DECISIONS A LA LUZ
DE LA ECONOMÍA DEL COMPARTAMIENTO:
A comparative study of students of pregrads in Economics and Administration at a Brazilian federal university
Facultad de Ciencias Económicas Magazine
In this article, we have sought to replicate the seminal study by Kahneman and Tversky (1979), called “prospective theory”, with the objective of understanding how students are completing their pre-degree in Economics and Administration at a Brazilian federal university make financial decisions in conditions of risk and uncertainty. Behavioral finance is a recent area of finance, based on prospective theory, which aims to explain the "irrational" decisions of investors caused by emotional factors that modern financial theory is sometimes unable to resolve. Through a field investigation, a survey with 27 questions was evaluated to evaluate decision-making under different conditions. The analysis of the results was carried out comparing the results of the current survey with the seminal survey. The results corroborate the existence of the effects proposed in the prospective theory, as well as the interference of cognitive slants. It was also concluded that students, at the end of the courses, take long decisions regardless of whether they have a higher educational level.

A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
Information Methods (MEI)

Address the existing concepts in the literature on the systematic review of the literature and illustrate the systematic review of the literature step by step and the PRISMA diagram. The survey of scientific-academic production was carried out in three databases (Scopus, Scielo and Web of Science) guided by the guide question: "In relation to the enterprise, like the role of business incubators in regional development the place?". In total, there are 25 scientific articles that formed the set for the review analysis. ADM - International Congress of Administration
With over thirty years in Brazil, the Junior Enterprise Movement - MEJ only grows within Higher Education Institutions - public and private HEIs. With the support of coordinating professors, the students who are members of Junior Companies perform various services for the market and, in order to remain active, there are several reasons that make their management difficult. This study aims to identify the main management difficulties that Junior Companies at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) face in their daily lives, based on the position of members who hold leadership positions in the Company. It was possible to verify that all Junior Companies participating in the surveys have difficulties in their management, including factors such as motivation, financial resources, physical and technological infrastructure. Some difficulties arise from the daily challenge of reconciling academic activities, generated by the members' courses, with Business activities, generated by the Junior Company itself, others from the relationship of the EJs with the university.
CIEI - International Congress on Entrepreneurship and Innovation
The Luiz Gonzaga Center for Northeastern Traditions is a Rio de Janeiro point of convergence of northeastern representations and houses the São Cristóvão Fair in its facilities, whose origins occurred in the typical open-air fairs, around the São Cristóvão Pavilion. Over the years, this space has brought together the productive cultural formation in terms of the heritage of the northeastern people. Through this work, we sought to analyze the local productive arrangement of the Traditions Center, through the mapping of local enterprises, from the perspective of tourism, heritage and cultural entrepreneurship, seeking to identify the offer of tourist and cultural products and services and their entrepreneurial character. The research was carried out through questionnaires, local observations and images of the surveyed establishments. The data collected were collected in person, with the support of members of the Junior Company of the Management Course of the Multidisciplinary Institute (IM Jr.), located on the Nova Iguaçu Campus, of the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro, in November 2016. O The research universe comprises the totality of booths at the São Cristóvão Fair, 698 units and the sample consisted of 202 occupied spaces. Data were statistically tabulated and the observations made were treated based on content and discourse analyses. The various phases that were observed in the evolution of the Street Fair to the Center for Northeastern Traditions demonstrated the adequacy of attitudes and the strengthening of entrepreneurial attitudes in order to strengthen the local arrangement aimed at cultural heritage and to implement innovations.

RELATED CRITICAL FACTORS
TO FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Espacio Abierto - Cuaderno Venezolano de Sociology
This article presents an analysis of the consistencies of the critical factors associated with the dynamics of female entrepreneurship in Brazil. These are factors identified in the systematic literature and submitted for consideration by experts on the subject. A structured form was designed and applied under the economic-financial, socio-anthropological and gender-psychological dimensions. The information and data collected were tabulated and treated, followed by verification of its consistency with Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. The results indicate that there are no published works on the reliability of critical factors of female entrepreneurship and suggest that the consistency of the three dimensions is high, with emphasis on the gender-psychological dimension. The study's conclusion shows that Brazil lacks government actions aimed at special attention focused on the promotion of female entrepreneurs.
From Research to Practice: Educational Studies (INVEP)
The aim of this study was to identify and analyze how the managers of Junior Companies (EJs) at a Brazilian federal university recognize opportunities and how they exploit them. The research is exploratory and tests the theoretical assumptions of Alerta Empreendedor and Causation and Effectuation Approaches, with 30 student managers from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ). It concludes that training fostered by educational experiences in junior companies stimulates entrepreneurial attitudes and behavior, as it develops in young people the perception of themselves and the world, and also contributes to the formation of holistic and contextual beings who are capable of dealing with analytical processes and rational. The article argues that entrepreneurship in academic spaces provides a potential effect that needs to be stimulated and studied, as it stimulates cognitive and psychological capacities essential to professional training. This study is understood as original since there is little investigation in the scope of academic entrepreneurship, dealing with this gap in the literature within the study. The information collected in this study about the EJs contribute to the improvement of the support system and the relationship of the actors involved with the environment in which they are inserted.

THE ENTREPRENEUR OF SEROPÉDICA-RJ
Anprotec
Entrepreneurship can be assimilated as a phenomenon on a global scale, closely linked to personal achievement, focused on the capacity for innovation and initiative in the face of facts and risks, through the implementation of consequent ideas of opportunities. In this context, informal entrepreneurship is inserted, often arising from the need to survive in scenarios in which some people are inserted in a peripheral reality resulting from social inequality. The Entrepreneur Room, a Sebrae initiative with the local government, aimed at spreading entrepreneurship and formalizing Individual Microentrepreneurs - MEI, is perceived as a potential agent of socioeconomic transformation, enabling opportunities for competitiveness and growth. This research aims to understand the action of the Entrepreneur Room as a potential initiative to eradicate local informality. For this, a case study was carried out in the municipality of Seropédica. Data collection took place through an interview with the Undersecretary of Industry and Commerce of Seropédica, aiming to gather information about the Room in Seropédica and the MEIS in the region, the vision of municipal public entities on the subject and the activities carried out to help the MEIs maintain your business up and running. Through the results achieved, the importance of the Entrepreneur Room as an entity to promote formalization and encourage entrepreneurship was confirmed, confirming Seropédica as a municipality with high socioeconomic disparity.
